LNG water bath vaporizer

Water bath gasifiers are gasifiers with water as the heat medium. In large LNG receiving stations, open rack gasifiers, submerged combustion SCV gasifiers and STV gasifiers with seawater IFV as the heat medium belong to water bath gasifiers.

In LNG satellite stations, water bath gasifiers mainly include electric heating type and fuel combustion type, which have the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure and small footprint.

The water bath gasifier introduced here is mainly a small gasifier used in LNG satellite stations. It is widely used in natural gas heating in LNG satellite stations. In places with limited land resources, it can also replace air temperature gasifier as the main gasifier.

In LNG gasification stations with air temperature gasifier as the main gasifier, BOG gasifier and water bath gasifier are often integrated with pry, thus reducing the space.

The main function of the water bath gasifier is that when the outlet temperature of the air temperature gasifier BOG gasifier cannot meet the demand of the pipe network, the device will be opened, and the natural gas of the air temperature gasifier and the BOG gasifier will be heated into the downstream device.
