What is PPGI steel coil?
Units on a continuous cold-rolled strip steel or steel sheet,galvanized steel (electro galvanized,hot galvanized,Galvalume and cold-rolled plate) as the substrate, after surface preparation (degreasing and chemical treatment), by a roll coating method, applying one or more layers liquid coating, after baking and cooling the resulting sheet is coated steel. Since the coating can have a variety of colors, it is customary to coated steel is called color coated steel sheet (PPGI).

Product Technique
Use the cold rolled strip steel and galvanized strip steel (electrogalvanizing and hot-dip galvanzing)as thebase metal, in the continuous set, our surface will be pre-processed(degreasing and chemical processing), with the method of the roller coating, paint one or more layer of liquid coating on the surface. After baking and cooling the plate, we can finally get the coated steel plate. As we can paint many different kinds of colors on it, customaily we call them color coated steel plate.
Usage
1.normal prepainted galvanized steel sheet in coils is Widely used in the areas such as stainless steel fasteners,chains.kitchen and sanitarywares, furniture handles,handrail,electroplating and electrolyzing pendants,food,electro,petroleum, construction and decoration,etc.
2.electronic products parts,medical appliances,springs,bus inside and outside packing and building,street lamp posts,etc.decoration materials and outdoor publicity billboard.used for the products which have the antistress corrosion requirement. electron products,tablewares,bolts,nuts,screen mesh, combustor and so on.
Brief Introduction
1. Prepainted Steel Coil is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets.
2. The base metals for Prepainted Steel Coil consist of cold rolled, HDG electro-galvanized and hot-dip alu-zinc coated steel. The finish coats of Prepainted Steel Coil can be classified into groups as follows: polyester, silicon modified polyesters, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, etc.
3.The production process has evolved from one-coating-and-one-baking to double-coating-and-double-baking, and even three-coating-and-three-baking.
